Information/Cancellation

Short stays: The minimum stay for regular prices is 4 nights. For stays shorter than that an extra charge of 35 euros is applicable.

Down payment: Upon reservation a down payment at the rate of 40% of the total charge is due. Reservations are binding as soon as we have received your deposit. Deposits will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The cancellation terms stated below apply.

Local Tax: There is a surcharge of € 2.30 per person per night for all guests aged 14 and over, which has to be paid directly on site.

Pets: An additional charge of € 10.00 is applicable per pet for the entire stay (pet food excluded). Please bring a basket and blanket for your darling pet.

Arrival & departure: We expect your arrival starting from 3 p.m. Of course, you are free to arrive earlier in the day, but the apartment cannot be entered any earlier than 1 p.pm. If you arrive after 6 p.m. we kindly ask you to inform us in advance (preferably by phone).

Cancellation: There is no right of withdrawal as expressed in the Italian consumer protection code. However, we grant you the right to withdraw from your reservation under the following cancellation conditions in line with Art. 1382 ZGB: Cancellation prior to 30 days before the beginning of your stay results in a refund of 50% of the down payment (deposit). For cancellations that occur between 30 and 7 days prior to your stay we will retain the down payment (deposit) as compensation. In the event of cancellation within 7 days before the start of your stay, no-show of the guest, late arrival or early departure, you will be fully charged for the entire stay as detailed in the reservation.
